Privacy Policy
Any and all information that Carlyle Medical Centre has access to is treated with complete confidentiality. Doctors and staff follow proper protocols and duties to ensure any patient information is kept private.
The practice may be required to disclose relevant patient information to other doctors, specialists, and health professionals in order to provide the the most appropriate care and treatment necessary.
Carlyle Medical Centre complies with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth).
If patients wish to view their medical records held by our practice, they will need to discuss this with their treating doctor.
Patients wishing to have their medical records transferred to a different practice will need to have a request sent through to Carlyle Medical Centre. Depending on the size of the patient's file, a fee may be incurred.
